Limited quantity and difficult to get my hands on, a stunning offering from this 16th-generation award-winning producer in Uji, expertly blending the earthy flavors of Gokō cultivar with the rich umami of Saemidori. Grown with care under a traditional straw roof and shaded for about 35 days, this is what dedication to the leaf tastes like.

Suitable for both usucha and koicha preparation.
