Hōjicha powder can be used in your daily lattes (hot or cold), your smoothies and other culinary needs. Add it to your cake mix, sprinkle on your waffles or infuse your crème patissière with it. It's decadent.

Hōjicha has a sweet nutty taste, with caramelized aromas from the roasting of the tea. It has no bitterness and little caffeine. 

Not recommended for traditional matcha preparation.
