Hōjicha+Chaga Powder

A mix of hōjicha tea (Shizuoka, Japan) and chaga mushroom (Québec, Canada) reduced in fine powder for your convenience!

Drink this healthy tonic as is or include it in your recipes. This mix can be used in your daily lattes (hot or cold), your smoothies and other culinary needs. Add it to your cake mix, sprinkle on your waffles or infuse your crème patissière with it. It's decadent. Many people also use it as coffee replacement!

Hōjicha+chaga has a rich caramelized taste, with cacao and roasted nuts aromas. It has no bitterness and little caffeine. 

Not recommended for traditional matcha preparation.
