Drums emerges from bold aromatics to a sweet and mellow profiled sencha, like chaos turned into rhythm by the rolling taiko of the temple ceremony, like noise turned into beauty.

Drums is a relatively deep steamed sencha that brews a rich cup full of flavors. Its long hiire (roasting) adds warm bread aromas to its cake-like hazelnut fragrances to make it a pure gourmet tea. Fried spinach under layers bring along a little astringency better expressed on subsequent infusions.
